Role Description We are seeking an experienced and values‑driven Teaching, Learning and Assessment Lead to drive excellence across our programmes. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on high‑quality teaching, robust assessment, and continuous professional development for tutors and assessors. You will provide strong pedagogical and andragogical leadership, lead internal quality assurance (IQA), and ensure full compliance with awarding organisation and regulatory requirements. Working closely with delivery teams and senior leaders, you will embed a culture of reflective, evidence‑based practice that consistently improves learner outcomes and experience.
