We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CPO) to help drive operational excellence, strategic alignment, and execution across the Databricks People organization. In this role, you will work closely with the CPO and People Leadership Team to ensure that our strategy, priorities, and operating rhythms are aligned and effectively executed as we scale.
