Your role: - Develops advanced training modules and educational materials that enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction, supporting effective onboarding and continuous professional development. - Communicates effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users, delivering impactful training sessions, technical support, and educational resources that promote proficient use of Philips' products and services. - Documents meticulously and provides detailed reporting on application implementations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support seamless project management and regulatory compliance. You're the right fit if: - Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 year of experience with Master's in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent. - You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. - Minimum 50% travel. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $70000-180000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
