Responsibilities: - Provide virtual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform - Complete clinical assessments and review psychosocial history - Build treatment plans based on client needs and goals - Track progress and adjust care plans when appropriate - Maintain accurate, timely session notes and related records - Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions

• Oversee daily program operations and care delivery. • Report to the Sr. Director of Therapy and supervise Therapy Leads. • Ensure high quality of care provided by the therapy team. • Provide guidance, accountability, and oversight of staff therapists. • Own the success of your team and flag improvement opportunities. • Participate in interviewing, training, and onboarding of Therapy Leads. • Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. • Understand and adhere to Equip’s treatment philosophy. • Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and safety events as needed. • Utilize data and metrics to monitor team performance and guide decisions. • Support quality improvement initiatives and operational goals.

• Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to best meet the clinical needs of the patients. • Review and signature of patient clinical Psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and consents as needed for the patient in a timely manner. • Documents all services and patient activities appropriately. • Conducts crisis intervention for the individual and family based on the individual’s safety plan. • Participate in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team as new information is gathered to ensure the most clinically appropriate patient disposition. • Provides case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
