• Effectively responding to product information inquiries from Consumers & Dealers via phone, emails & other service channels at an entry level • May perform tasks in French or alternate 2nd language • Enter replacement parts and warranty orders, record relevant information in CRM application • Achieves contact, order and CRM volume goals • Respond to basic technical & troubleshooting inquiries without the need for handoff • Able to enter Return Authorizations and Credit Memos • Maintains minimum average 80% on call/email quality evaluations • Enter customer payments and credits • Report necessary revisions to replacement parts manuals, and report issues with our product website. • Shares new or modified product information with team • Helps identify and track potential product quality issues and report through Quality Audit.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, College Diploma/Certificate, or University degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Customer Service
- Preference for prior contact centre/or technical assistance equivalent
- Complete all Grill onboarding courses (NED)
- Personal Development courses in World Class Customer Experience would be an asset
- Microsoft Office Beginner (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP (Dynamics 365 is an asset)
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Bilingual French/English is highly preferred
- Technical experience relevant to product line.

Triage RN Position Overview The Triage Registered Nurse is an experienced nurse responding to overnight and weekend calls regarding the changing needs of hospice patients. The Triage Registered Nurse is responsible for answering questions, gathering information, assessing patient needs and when needed, coordinating and directing hospice services/care via phone conference. The Triage Registered Nurse is experienced in nursing with an emphasis on palliative care. The shifts are 8am to 8pm every other Saturday and Sunday. Triage RN Requirements/Qualifications: Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice. Nurses holding a multistate license can practice in other states without obtaining additional licenses while maintaining their Registered Nurse (RN) license in their primary state of residence (PSOR). Minnesota, Michigan, and Illinois are not in the Nursing Licensure Compact. Possess or obtain an RN license for the 10 states that we serve and/or a compact license to cover the states before hired. States include MN, WI, IA, SD, IL, MI, MO, IN, KS and NE. Graduate of a professional school of nursing and is currently licensed, certified or registered in the state(s) of practice. Ability to pass DHS background, consumer report, and drug test. Receives calls related to patient care and instructs patient/caregiver on appropriate interventions based on nursing knowledge. Evaluates available options for interventions and uses critical thinking when selecting which intervention is best for the patient and/or caregiver. Determines the need for nursing visit based on EMR and telephone call. Dispatches a visit RN or LPN as appropriate. Completes, submits, and maintains accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient’s condition and care given. Records pain/symptom management and changes/outcomes as appropriate. Communicates with the physician regarding patient needs and reports changes in patient condition; obtains/receives physician orders as required. Facilitates the patient’s efforts toward self-sufficiency and optional comfort care. Counsels and works in cooperation with the family/caregiver and hospice interdisciplinary group to meet the emotional needs of the patient and family/caregiver. Ensure arrangements for equipment and other necessary items and services are available. Responsible for maintaining compliance with all HIPAA regulations and requirements. Treats all patient information as confidential and utilizes protected health information on a minimum necessary basis. Additional Duties: Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development. Maintains and upgrades professional knowledge and practice skills through attendance and participation in continuing education and in- service classes. Hourly rates ONLY apply for orientation, meetings and education at a rate of $30/hr. Part-Time, South Atlanta area Bilingual Spanish Required Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose. • Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community in a manner that exhibits character through personal and spiritual disciplines. Ministry • Makes regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to interact with employees and build relationships of trust and friendship motivated by Christian faith. • Visits employees or immediate family members wherever care can be expressed and help given: hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, family residences, or other sites. • May provide confidential pastoral discussions for problem issues of employees and their immediate family members including, but not limited to family matters, divorce, serious illness, care of aging parents, death and grief recovery, parenting, financial situations that may include debt discussions, budgeting, and other life issues related to financial stress, as well as any other personal issues.
