About The Role: We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This is a quota-carrying role in which you will own the full sales cycle - from building relationships with key stakeholders, through negotiation and contracting. You will develop a strong understanding of CloudShare’s solution and clearly articulate how it delivers measurable ROI for customers. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, helping prospective customers understand CloudShare’s value proposition and driving successful outcomes. This role is open to candidates based in EMEA & APAC. Requirements: - 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company. - Adept at Salesforce and/or Hubspot CRM. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Track record of success and overachievement. - Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach. - Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently. - Collaborative, highly motivated teammate. - Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience. Compensation Range: - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 USD, in good faith. - This consists of a base salary of $75,000 USD and $75,000 USD in variable commission, based on performance.
