Role: Senior Java Developer (Microservices) We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with proven expertise in Microservices to join a dynamic team supporting multiple development initiatives and projects. • Develop queries of appropriate complexity, apply optimizations to SQL queries, and make modifications to database tables • Deliver well-documented code to facilitate understanding and maintenance • Implement measures to ensure application security • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality • Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement • Provide support to other developers according to established guidelines

• Developing novel, parallel algorithms to accelerate core problems in data processing and power the next generation of data center workflows • Implementing solutions in C++ and CUDA • Contributing to open source projects, such as cuDF, Velox, Presto and Spark • Benchmarking, profiling, and optimizing code • Working closely with experts in GPU hardware, software and workflows
