• End-to-end ownership of the Group finance function across multiple countries and entities • Design and execution of a global finance operating model • Treasury strategy, capital allocation, and financial engineering to support growth and M&A • Development of a high-performance finance organization (current team of 12, scaling with acquisitions) • Implementation of systems, automation, and reporting infrastructure • Board-level reporting, insight generation, and strategic decision support • Full accountability for audit, tax, compliance, and risk across jurisdictions

Job Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within private equity-backed or multi-entity environments
  • Proven experience operating across multiple jurisdictions, currencies, and regulatory frameworks
  • Deep expertise in FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial structuring
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-scaling organizations
  • Strong commercial instinct—able to translate financial insight into strategic action
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
