Role Summary The Performance Management Strategy Senior Manager, Framework & Integration is responsible for setting and evolving Accenture’s global performance strategy and translating it into clear, scalable frameworks, policies, and decision logic that drive consistency and fairness across the enterprise. This role owns the end-to-end performance framework, including priorities, metrics, readiness and promotion logic, governance, integration into rewards and bias checks, while partnering closely with HR, legal, finance, and business leaders. The role also leads the Performance Achievement (PA) Reinvention Pod, managing 1–2 consultants accountable for redesigning PA processes, tools, templates, and milestone logic, and driving execution through reinvention platforms and engines. Operating at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution, this role ensures performance outcomes are future ready, legally sound, and aligned to Accenture’s reinvention priorities at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the global performance framework, including priorities, metrics, readiness criteria, and promotion logic. - Ensure legal and ER compliance of performance and promotion approaches across markets. - Support People Leads in executing performance and promotion plans consistently and effectively. - Coach HR partners on application of the performance framework. - Lead policy updates related to performance, promotion, and career progression. - Coordinate global legal reviews to ensure performance frameworks and processes meet regulatory requirements. - Manage awards and accreditations related to performance and career programs. - Integrate external stakeholder requirements into performance and rewards decisions, including AFS, Works Council, Avanade, SMD/GMC, and workforce planning considerations. - Ensure inclusion and diversity (I&D) considerations in rewards decisions, including bias checks and mitigation. - Manage the Performance Achievement (PA) Reinvention Pod, overseeing consultants responsible for redesigning PA processes, tools, templates, and milestone logic and driving reinvention execution. Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business transformation, leading enterprise-wide performance, promotion, and or talent framework. Preferred Qualifications: - Corporate Strategy and Performance Management experience. - Experience reinventing processes leveraging Artificial Intelligence. - Ability to translate business and talent strategy into clear frameworks, policies, and decision logic. - Strong track record partnering with senior leaders across HR, Legal, Finance, and the business to drive alignment and execution. - Sound judgment navigating governance, risk, and sensitive topics related to performance, rewards, and equity. - Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing small teams responsible for strategy design and delivery. - Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
