Job Description: **Must be within a reasonable commute to a facility** Job Summary This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing. He/She classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations. Responsibilities: - Prepares customs entries and forwards freight to designated locations including interface with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers. - Prepares customs entries and follows-up with the clearance process on all entries prepared. - Communicates documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor. - Coordinates freight delivery to designated locations. - Resolves finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues. - Scans entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements. - Prepares reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases. - Follows up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins. - Establishes and maintains client relationships. - Requires a weekend work schedule on a department rotation basis and holiday schedule based on the needs of the operation and account requirements. • Running discovery sessions with enterprise customers to validate automation workflows • Translating strategic product direction into detailed epics and user stories • Leading backlog refinement and sprint planning across multiple complex initiatives • Partnering with AI and engineering teams to clarify model behavior, edge cases, and workflow logic • Working through cross-product integration dependencies • Defining release scope and communicating enablement plans to internal teams • Triage and prioritization of customer escalations in alignment with roadmap commitments • Ensuring the team deeply understands customer impact and business value

• Own a comprehensive portfolio responsible for delivering a seamless, end‑to‑end in‑store checkout experience • Define and maintain clear functional and non‑functional product artifacts • Work closely with other product managers, product designers, software engineers and stakeholders • Set goals based on outcomes and measure progress towards those goals • Develop compelling arguments for your product success in the market as well as launch strategies • Create effective user stories and lead backlog prioritization and management • Act as a trusted expert, teammate and operations leader within your product domain • Mobilize a team and lead through uncertainty • Advocate for the Lean Product mindset and lead by example • Identify customer pain points and prioritize for the best business outcomes • Develop growth matrices, manage product team budget, set pricing • Gathers data and conducts research to identify Product ROI • Measure adoption, usage data and business impact of launches • Manage testing to detect and fix issues • Manage third-party partnerships and lead sprint planning meetings.
