Job Requirements
- Proven experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable backend software solutions with TypeScript across multiple past projects
- Experience with NestJS in large-scale applications is a strong plus — otherwise experience with similar frameworks
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both written and verbal (our working language is English)
- Actively seek input from colleagues and create visibility where it’s missing
- Broad knowledge of architectural patterns and experience implementing them using modern DevOps best practices
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and being responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including leading project coordination
- Willingness to wear different (metaphorical) hats: we expect our engineers to practice product thinking and care deeply about business impact
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and asking for what you need to get the job done
- Enthusiastic about using AI tools to amplify your impact, including agentic coding

• Create and configure intents, entities, and conversational flows in Dialogflow • Develop integrations between the chatbot and external systems (APIs) • Create and maintain webhooks for information processing • Implement business logic and decision rules in the backend • Ensure performance, scalability, and resilience of integrations • Support the evolution of the conversational experience together with the frontend/UX team • Monitor and optimize chatbot performance
