Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience required. - 5–8+ years of experience operating in agile product environments, with demonstrated ownership of requirement building and delivery outcomes required. - Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in discussions on system architecture, APIs, data structures, and integrations (including AI-driven capabilities), enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams required. - Proven ability to translate product strategy and stakeholder needs into well-defined user stories and precise, testable acceptance criteria that drive efficient execution and high-quality delivery required. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders) to align priorities, clarify requirements, and drive execution. - Proficiency with agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar), with the ability to structure and manage work in a way that supports transparency and efficiency required. - Experience supporting agile execution (e.g., facilitating key workflows, coordinating delivery) is preferred. - Strong problem-solving and judgment, with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and drive clear, actionable decisions that support delivery and business outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, adapting priorities, managing tradeoffs, and maintaining momentum across evolving requirements and constraints. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear priorities, requirements, and decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Product-minded and naturally curious, with a focus on continuous improvement, evolving technologies, and delivering better outcomes for customers and the business. - Experience in SaaS, Learning & Development (L&D), EdTech, or corporate training environments is a plus.
