• Manage sales data integrity, including CRM administration, and ensure accurate pipeline recordkeeping • Perform outreach and qualification activities for inbound leads • Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and best practices to improve team efficiency • Partner with Growth and Revenue leadership to create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Support resource allocation for new business opportunities • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance sales tools, automation, and reporting capabilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in and/or knowledge of the digital marketing industry
