Role Description Concept Plus is seeking an Enterprise Taxonomist to manage the customer enterprise taxonomies and related business and operational processes. The Enterprise Taxonomist will ensure the quality of the customer taxonomies and promote their adoption and effectiveness by collaborating with customer subject matter experts and key stakeholders to develop and review vocabularies. - Own the design, development and maintenance of taxonomies and vocabularies, in close collaboration with business subject matter experts (SME) and key stakeholders within the organization, with an eye towards continuous improvement and fit-for-purpose. - Maintain the roster of taxonomy subject matter experts (SME) and participate in activities to facilitate their ongoing engagement. - Translate end user or project team requests into implementable taxonomy updates; liaise with IT staff to ensure the proper implementation of taxonomy changes in the taxonomy management tool; as needed, contribute to business requirements and testing for the taxonomy management tool. - Recommend and document metrics to support the taxonomy program – to track taxonomy changes and usage, inform taxonomy enhancements, and communicate results. - Apply knowledge of taxonomy modeling standards to projects and initiatives that utilize the taxonomies and associated vocabularies, such as metadata design and autocategorization. - Support the program lead in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps and play an active role in contributing to operational improvements and program communications. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - Experience developing complex taxonomies for both front-end and back-end systems (e.g., information retrieval, knowledge discovery, content navigation). - Expertise in designing and maintaining taxonomies. - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for Enterprise Taxonomies. - Knowledge of integrating taxonomies. - Familiarity with semantic technologies and tools for managing taxonomies and ontologies. - Strong stakeholder engagement skills in a multi-functional environment. - US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a government Public Trust clearance. Knowledge areas: - Good understanding of Microsoft Autopilot and Intune is required. - Knowledge of Windows 11 deployment and upgrade strategies. - Understanding of Windows Update for Business, update rings and patch management via Intune. - Experience in configuration management using configuration profiles and other Intune features. - Understanding of compliance policies for Windows and mobile devices. - Knowledge and experience in managing security settings like Bitlocker, security baseline and other security features via Intune - Application deployment for Windows and mobiles devices via Intune. - Knowledge and understanding of app protection and configuration policies. - Reporting using Intune and Endpoint Analytics. - Experience with Windows and mobile device management using Intune. - Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID. - Understanding of conditional access policies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Scripting tool knowledge ( PowerShell or any scripting tool ) At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”. • Define the overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for Celonis within the customer’s IT landscape. Ensure scalability, performance, and security across global deployments. • Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards. Lead or consult on Architecture Review Boards (ARB) to ensure Celonis remains a "Clean Core" extension of the customer’s ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.). • Drive enterprise modernization by leveraging techniques like capability mapping and architecting solutions with emergent technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Process Intelligence Graph). • Design complex data pipelines (OCPM) and integration patterns (ETL/ELT, API ecosystems) that connect disparate systems into a unified Digital Twin of the business. • Confidently present technical designs and value realizations to CIOs, CFOs, and CTOs, aligning their strategic goals with Celonis' technical capabilities. • Work with senior stakeholders to establish the Celonis program roadmap. • Resolve customer escalations orchestrating internal teams efficiently and effectively in a timely manner. • Internalize the customer's strategy and targets and drive Celonis delivery alignment to that strategy, ensuring that we support the customer in solving business-critical problems. • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve products and services. • Mobilize and lead a multidisciplinary team of Applied AI engineers, Data Scientists, and Domain Experts. Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering. • Act as the primary conduit between the customer’s technical teams and Celonis Product/Engineering to influence the product roadmap and resolve high-stakes technical blockers. • Help the customer establish and scale a Celonis Center of Excellence (CoE), mentoring their internal architects and process leads.
