Buscamos un perfil senior con liderazgo técnico, sólida experiencia en Java Core y microservicios, y conocimiento excluyente en Leasing, que participe activamente tanto en la operación como en iniciativas de evolución tecnológica. Modalidad: Remota Responsabilidades - Liderar técnicamente las actividades de continuidad operativa de sistemas de Leasing. - Participar en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento del proyecto de Upgrade Leasing. - Coordinar y ejecutar tareas técnicas críticas asegurando cumplimiento de SLA y métricas del servicio. - Brindar soporte ante contingencias, incluyendo turnos de llamado al menos una semana al mes. - Diseñar y validar soluciones técnicas basadas en Java Core y arquitecturas de microservicios. - Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, estabilidad, performance y calidad del software. - Colaborar con equipos del cliente y proveedores, manteniendo comunicación clara y efectiva. - Documentar avances, incidencias y métricas mensuales del servicio. Requerimientos - Experiencia comprobable como Technical Lead o Project Lead en proyectos de TI. - Dominio sólido de Java Core y desarrollo de microservicios. - Conocimientos excluyentes en sistemas de Leasing en contextos bancarios o financieros. - Experiencia en continuidad operativa, manejo de incidentes y soporte productivo. - Capacidad para liderar técnicamente equipos y tomar decisiones en contextos críticos. - Disponibilidad para turnos de llamado y apoyo fuera de horario en eventos puntuales. - Experiencia trabajando con clientes del sector financiero.
