Projects Manager
Atlantic Emergency Solutions
• direct and oversee projects throughout their lifecycle • Serve as the liaison between Atlantic Emergency Solutions’ employees, customers, vendors, and independent contractors • Provide recommendations to team members • maintaining records, monitoring progress and overseeing change management • Provide onsite support • Communicate closely with internal and external representatives regarding specific vehicles • Respond to questions and concerns noted by Regional Account Managers promptly • Assist with inspections • Communicate and manage workflow of all project stages to ensure project accuracy • Create photo journals during the build process of each project • Travel between multiple plant locations to carry out inspections and track vehicle production • Create organized folders for each vehicle and corresponding documents • Ensure all issues found during final Inspection have been corrected by the manufacture • Thoroughly document all inspections electronically • Stay up to date with manufacturing, assembly and production changes • Perform factory tours for all represented brands • Perform other duties as requested • Position may require up to 10% travel to attend company and manufacturing events
Job Requirements
- High School diploma
- four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in project management and processes preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- demonstrated skill in problem solving and conflict resolution
- superb organizational skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Serve frail elders, adults with physical disabilities, and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities • Provide care management and service coordination to LCI members • Conduct comprehensive assessments of member's outcomes, needs, and risks • Collaborate with RN Care Manager to coordinate acute and primary care services • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate members’ outcome-based member-centered plans • Coordinate care and benefits to ensure comprehensive support • Implement risk mitigation strategies to promote member’s health, safety, and independence • Maintain confidentiality of member information as required by regulations • Participate in team meetings and home visits, and respond to on-call rotation as needed
