• Support Sales and Finance teams by developing dashboards, validating data, and delivering actionable insights. • Analyze customer and fleet data to identify trends and support solution-based sales strategies. • Build and maintain reports using Salesforce and other tools to serve internal teams and customers. • Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including data imports, migrations, and business initiatives. • Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation, clean-up, and maintenance activities. • Conduct training sessions for team members and customers on systems, tools, and best practices. • Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. • Interface with IT to support system enhancements and resolve technical issues. • Travel occasionally (less than 10%) to customer sites as needed.

• Reporting directly to the CFO of Total Fleet Holding • Support executive leadership and lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytical functions • Drive data-informed decision-making and support strategic initiatives • Enhance financial performance across the company • Provide high-value analysis and support for all business units • Collaborate with business unit leaders and private equity ownership group • Play a key role in Mergers & Acquisitions • Evaluate, purchase, and integrate target companies • Support due diligence and transition activities

• Primary administrator for Dynamics 365 Business Central on configuration, security, user management, and system health. • Acts as day-to-day support and the first point of contact for all user support requests and tickets. • Troubleshoots system issues, coordinate resolutions, and manage updates and patches. • Manage UAT environments. • Partner closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and ensure Business Central supports business processes effectively. • Translate accounting and financial requirements into system configurations and workflows. • Assist with financial close activities by ensuring system integrity and accurate financial data. • Optimize financial modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/Inventory/Costing) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting. • Challenge the status quo by suggesting process improvement and automation opportunities; flawlessly implement efficiencies. • Participate in special projects such as upgrades, integrations, and migrations. • Create documentation such as workflows, process diagrams, requirements, and user guides. • Assist with audits, reporting, and M&A integration. • Travel for this role is estimated at less than 10%.
