Creative Content Lead
Nsight Health
• Own all visual design across the portfolio including branded graphics, infographics, one-pager layouts, case study designs, presentation decks, event collateral, digital ad creative, and social media visual templates. • Create and maintain a visual template system for each brand that enables consistent, high-speed content production. • Own the editorial calendar and content strategy across all six portfolio brands, aligning content themes with business objectives, seasonal trends, industry events, and SEO opportunities. • Write high-value content that requires human editorial judgment — executive communications, CEO thought leadership, compliance-sensitive healthcare content, award submissions, and investor-facing narratives. • Produce AI-assisted blog posts, SEO articles, email copy, website pages, and nurture sequences using Claude and similar tools, with human editing, quality control, and brand voice consistency as the non-negotiable standard. • Create all sales enablement materials including designed one-pagers, case studies with visual layouts, competitive battle cards, product sheets, whitepapers, and leave-behind collateral for sales teams across all businesses. • Own all website copy and landing page content including new page development, product and service pages, and ongoing copy and visual optimization based on SEO and conversion performance data. • Edit and produce video content including testimonial video editing, commercial footage post-production, sizzle reels, presentation recordings, and polished video assets for website and sales use. • Maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines, visual identity standards, content templates, and style guides for each brand to ensure consistency and enable scalability across the team.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, brand design, or creative leadership with a portfolio demonstrating both strong visual design skills and written content across multiple industries.
- Proficiency with professional design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and/or Figma, Canva (advanced), and presentation design tools.
- Proven ability to create polished brand collateral — one-pagers, case studies, infographics, presentation decks, event signage, and sales materials that are both visually compelling and strategically effective.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across distinct audiences and industries including healthcare, technology, real estate, and consumer fitness.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (Claude, Perplexity, or equivalent) for content production at scale while maintaining editorial quality, brand consistency, and factual accuracy.
- Strong SEO content skills including keyword research, on-page optimization, meta data, content gap analysis, and competitive content auditing.
- Video editing proficiency using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Experience managing editorial calendars and content strategy across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Self-directed creative leader who takes a brand guideline and produces publish-ready visual and written content with minimal revision cycles.
