Senior Director – PBM Strategic Relations, PBM Products
RxBenefits, Inc.
• Lead the PBM Strategic Relations Product team, providing strategic direction, prioritization, and transformational leadership aligned to organizational objectives • Establish and oversee governance, standards, and best practices for the PBM Programs and Services library, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability • Ensure effective management, integrity, and utilization of PBM data files to support program execution and decision making • Lead change management initiatives for PBM programs, ensuring smooth implementation and organizational adoption • Serve as a subject matter expert on PBM programs and services, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and cross functional partners • Support the review and negotiation of PBM Master Service Agreements and related amendments, with a focus on program alignment and strategic value • Drive PBM program and initiative decision making in collaboration with RxBenefits and PBM executive leadership • Ensure organizational readiness for PBM programs and services by partnering with PBM vendors to evaluate offerings and by defining and communicating RxBenefits’ internal position • Act as the central point of coordination for PBM program and service information, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication across cross functional teams • Support additional strategic initiatives and responsibilities as business needs evolve
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise and understanding of PBM program and services
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external executive leadership
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, and collaborative leadership skills
- Strong independent critical thinking skills
- Proven team building, relationship management, and project management capabilities
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, rapidly growing organizational environment
- Ability to communicate with PBM vendors in a respectful and meaningful manner to maintain positive relationships
- Proven ability to lead and manage a high performing team
