Texas Licensed Business Law Attorney – Client Consultations (Remote)

The Role We are seeking a Texas-licensed attorney to provide remote telephonic consultations for our Business Law Department. This is a flexible, part-time contractor position (20–30 hours per week) with consistent scheduling and no courtroom appearances. You’ll advise individuals, families, and small businesses across a variety of legal topics, including: - Business matters - Property issues - Estate planning - Civil disputes - Employment concerns - Family law questions You do not need to be a specialist in every area. We value strong issue-spotting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to provide clear, practical guidance. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys client interaction and is seeking a flexible, steady position that complements an existing practice or lifestyle. Our clients include hospitals, health care districts, clinics, physician groups, vendors, and other providers. We advise on a broad range of matters, including provider and vendor contracting; regulatory and compliance issues; acquisitions, affiliations, and restructurings; health care leases and real estate transactions; privacy and security of health information; managed care and health plan contracting; and payer-provider relationships.
