Position Responsibilities - Develop and implement corporate objective-based Thought Leader engagement plans to identify and gather insights from current and emerging Thought Leaders in dynamic markets. - Track Thought Leader insights that impact the brand and provide feedback to identify market gaps and/or market opportunities to support the development of commercial and marketing strategy, initiatives, and resources. - Act as the primary liaison between the company and Thought Leaders, representing ANI brand interests effectively and collaborating with ANI leadership and relevant functions. - Ensure alignment with the vision and strategic imperatives set by the brand team, facilitating the implementation of corporate objectives. - Manage regional and national conventions, congresses (e.g., ITU Thought Leader identifying), and commercial advisory boards supporting marketing initiatives. - Identify, coordinate, and contract appropriate Thought Leaders to support fulfilling business needs including but not limited to approved consulting opportunities (e.g., Advisory Boards, training, etc.). - Involved with Sponsorships and Patient Advocacy Organizations for the purpose of enterprise-wide coordination (not tactical) of specific functional activities. - Support the development and execution of Speaker Bureau working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Speaker Programs. - Operate in accordance with ANI’s code of conduct and all policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance. In this role, you will review, prepare, submit, and manage solar interconnection packages in accordance with utility requirements, supporting each application throughout its full lifecycle. You’ll coordinate payments, facilitate jurisdictional comments and revisions, record corrections, and update internal databases to drive continuous process improvement. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key in streamlining workflows and maintaining momentum on active projects. What will you do as an Interconnection Coordinator Key Responsibilities: - Review, prepare, submit, and receive solar interconnection packages in accordance with utility requirements and support the application throughout its lifecycle. - Coordinate payments, communicate with internal parties to facilitate proper jurisdictions comments/revisions, record corrections and update database(s) for process improvement, and collaborate to streamline team processes. - Ensure high quality of submissions (and approval rates) by staying up to date on all solar submission processes and Utility requirements. - Adhere to established schedule as designated by leadership. - Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in workplace and online communications. - Make meaningful contributions in all weekly meetings (1x1’s and team huddles) by maintaining engagement through questions and responses.
