Key Responsibilities - Build and integrate Einstein, GPT, and Salesforce AI capabilities into business workflows. - Design agentic capabilities such as autonomous workflows, reasoning chains, dynamic task execution and contextual assistance within Salesforce apps. - Develop LWC, Apex, Flows, and platform events to deliver AI‑augmented user experiences. - Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and integrate external data sources for enhanced AI responses. - Work with prompts, prompt templates, grounding strategies, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge augmentation. - Implement, test, and refine AI copilots, AI assistants, service bots, and conversational experiences. - Collaborate with architects to define AI governance, trust, safety, and responsible use guardrails. - Build integrations with external AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) as required. Optimize performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI workflows and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Responsibilities include Conducting intake assessments and interviews for new clients; facilitating group and individual counseling sessions and educational classes, promoting safe and responsible driving practices, and helping individuals develop the tools and support they need to maintain an alcohol- and drug-free lifestyle.
