• Perform hands-on coding and code review as other peer developers as needed • Understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this; Design, develop, review, implement, maintain and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required; • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate, and planning, etc • Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

• Build and maintain scalable, reliable backend systems to power the Chromatic product. • Own projects from conception to completion, breaking down features into discrete units of work and maintaining momentum toward delivery. • Work cross-functionally at Chromatic to ensure feature continuity between Chromatic and Storybook and ship work that delights developers. • Continuously improve existing systems by identifying opportunities for optimization, refactoring, and modernization. • Participate in the team's support rotation, which is primarily within business hours. • Stay ahead of emerging trends in frontend architecture and developer tooling, identifying opportunities to enhance the platform.

• Lead the architectural design and governance of the Hub 2.0 Power Platform solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. • Design and implement scalable Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports/dashboards tailored for portfolio management. • Architect and manage Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles to support complex portfolio, project, risk, and initiative data. • Integrate Power Platform components with Azure services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI to enable AI-driven insights and automation. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for Power Platform development and deployment. • Oversee CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform components, ensuring smooth and automated release management. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Power Platform developers and administrators. • Evaluate and recommend new Power Platform features, tools, and third-party integrations to enhance Hub 2.0 capabilities. • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements within the Power Platform environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Power Platform and integrations.
