Field Sales Engineer – PTD, West USA Region
STÄUBLI
• Manage and develop the designated territory. • Drive electrical connector sales by cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective customers. • Serve as an expert on high-current electrical connectors and Multilam contact technology. • Establish and maintain excellent client relations. • Execute growth strategies in collaboration with the Business Development Manager and Head of Sales.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science degree in either Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Experience in technical sales or a customer-focused engineering role is ideal.
- Proven experience in technical sales with the capacity to engage and understand customer needs effectively.
- Solid decision-making abilities, ensuring timely and impactful choices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Aurea CRM, SAP, and various remote meeting platforms.
- Competent in engineering fundamentals, such as interpreting mechanical drawings and grasping basic electrical engineering concepts.
