NeoWork
• Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound leads and convert them into scheduled consultations (virtual or in-person) • Multichannel Communication: Manage inquiries across phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and web forms • Consultative Selling: Qualify leads, understand needs, and guide prospects through the booking process with empathy and confidence • Follow-Up Management: Execute timely and structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates • CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, update lead status, and track progress within HubSpot • Pipeline Ownership: Maintain organization and visibility across all active leads • Patient Experience: Deliver a professional, responsive, and patient-centered experience aligned with high service standards • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed conversion targets, response time expectations, and activity metrics
Job Requirements
- Language: Full fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) with a neutral accent
- Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion roles
- Conversion Skills: Proven ability to build trust quickly and close appointments in a consultative manner
- CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels
- Responsiveness: Ability to manage high lead volume with speed and consistency
- Attention to Detail: Strong organization and accuracy in managing lead data and follow-ups
- Mindset: Performance-driven, proactive, and patient-focused approach
