Role Description The Enablement Summer Internship Program is a paid opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in a university program or who have recently graduated. This internship runs for 10–12 weeks during Summer 2026 and is fully remote within the United States. The Enablement Intern (Onboarding & Readiness) will work closely with the Enablement team and cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Sales Engineers, Channel/Partners, RevOps, and Product Marketing. This internship is project-based , intentionally designed around one primary, high-impact project , while also providing opportunities to support additional enablement tasks and initiatives for broader exposure and learning. Project: Role-Based Onboarding Journeys Focus: Enablement, Learning Design, and Go-To-Market Readiness The intern will lead a Role-Based Onboarding Journey Refresh , focused on improving how new hires and partners ramp into their roles in a remote-first environment. The goal of this project is to create clear, structured onboarding paths that align required skills, knowledge, tools, and resources to defined milestones (e.g., 30/60/90 days) for roles such as Sales, Sales Engineers, and Channel/Partners. This work will directly support faster ramp time, clearer expectations, and more consistent readiness across teams. Project Deliverables - Documented role-based onboarding journeys with defined milestones - Mapped onboarding requirements tied to core competencies, tools, and processes - Curated and organized onboarding assets aligned to each stage of the journey - Identified content or process gaps with recommendations for improvement - Final onboarding guides and documentation ready for ongoing, remote use What You Will Do - Review and assess existing onboarding and enablement materials - Define onboarding milestones for different go-to-market roles - Align milestones to required knowledge, skills, tools, and processes - Organize and curate enablement content to support each onboarding stage - Identify gaps and opportunities to improve onboarding effectiveness - Document onboarding journeys in a clear, scalable, remote-friendly format - Collaborate with Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders - Support additional enablement activities such as training preparation, content QA, process documentation, and ad-hoc projects Qualifications - Strong organizational and project management skills - Clear written communication and ability to structure information effectively - Ability to synthesize feedback and translate it into actionable documentation - Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment - Interest in enablement, onboarding, learning design, or go-to-market operations - Experience with tools such as Microsoft, Confluence, Jira, Showpad, or learning platforms is helpful but not required. Requirements - Pay for this internship is $20/hr, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
