• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners (product, design, data science, and engineering) to architect and advance our observability products. • Drive comprehensive end-to-end feature development, taking full ownership from proof of concept through to delivery. • Proactively identify opportunities for product and user experience improvements, leveraging data insights and feedback to propose innovative solutions. • Actively lead and contribute to code reviews, spec reviews, and architecture design. • Stay at the forefront of development trends, experimentation, and data-driven product evolution.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production-quality full-stack features
- Proficiency across the full stack—comfortable in TypeScript/React on the frontend and Go (or similar) on the backend
- Experience building data-focused products such as experimentation platforms, analytics dashboards, or large-scale data visualizations.
- Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Experience working directly with customers and understands how their work impacts business goals
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions
- Proven ability to work closely and collaborate with cross functional partners, like product, design, and data scientists.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on maintainability and extensibility.
- Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools and practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
