• Architect multi-tenant Snowflake environments for healthcare or life sciences. • Implement HIPAA/HITRUST-certified architectures and manage compliance. • Migrate sensitive healthcare datasets to the cloud without data leakage. • Collaborate with various teams on electronic health records and claims data management.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT with a focus on Electronic Health Records (EHRs), claims data, and clinical research data.
  • 3–5+ years architecting multi-tenant Snowflake environments specifically for healthcare or life sciences.
  • Extensive experience implementing HIPAA/HITRUST-certified architectures and signing Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
  • Proven record of migrating sensitive healthcare datasets from on-premise systems to the cloud without data leakage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering; a Master’s degree is often preferred.
  • SnowPro Advanced: Architect certification is nice to have.

Role Description As a Verint Reports Engineer, you will support the development and deployment of custom Verint and Five9 VO reporting solutions for our clients. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to collect requirements, build and test SQL-based reports, and ensure successful implementation in production environments. - Assist in gathering and refining reporting requirements from stakeholders. - Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Verint WFO data. - Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Five9 VO data. - Collaborate with Sales, PS, and Support teams on report design and delivery. - Participate in maintaining a reusable library of custom reports and templates. - Troubleshoot and debug scripts with support from senior team members.
