Project Support Specialist

New Era Technology

• Coordinate and actively participate in all project related meetings. • Detailed material tracking of project equipment and movements throughout project lifecycle from sales to service. • Manage project budgets through change orders and revenue recognition. • Follow procedures for generation and implementation of all change orders. • Assist Engineering department with Equipment Change Orders as needed. • Assist Accounting regarding project budgets and invoicing. • Support Sales staff with project needs. • Assist in project digital file maintenance. • Track project milestones. • Generate and maintain subcontractor agreements under the direction of the Project Manager. • Use all necessary software proficiently

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in project coordination
  • Client- and service-focused with strong customer and financial skills
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask with confidentiality
  • Professional, organized, and effective under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Role Description Come work as a Substance Use Support Recovery & Treatment Psychiatrist with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! Support patients with concurrent disorders on their path to recovery. We are looking for a psychiatrist to support our clinical teams providing care at our VCH contracted substance use treatment beds. All patients are connected to primary care and addiction medicine support while at the facilities for their 90-day treatment program. - See patients in consultation to provide diagnostic clarity and make medication recommendations. - Successful applicants are not expected to provide addiction medicine care or prescribe opioid agonist therapy (OAT). - Expected to see patients in early recovery from substance use. - Care is provided virtually to 4 sites either 2 half days or 1 full day per month. - Successful applicants can either work from home or from a VCH office space.
