Overview Dental Care Alliance (DCA) is seeking an experienced RCM Fees Analyst / Insurance Specialist with strong expertise in dental insurance fee schedules, leased networks, and payer plan configuration. This role is critical to maintaining billing accuracy and reimbursement integrity across 400+ dental practices nationwide. Responsibilities ¨ Build, update, and assign high-volume fee schedules in Denticon by payer, provider, plan, and location ¨ Interpret and apply payer contracts and leased networks (e.g., Zelis, Connection Dental, DenteMax) ¨ Investigate and resolve fee discrepancies, plan mismatches, and underpayments using EOBs and claims data ¨ Configure new insurance carriers and plans, ensuring accurate participation and fee alignment ¨ Manage and resolve plan and fee support tickets from dental offices and internal teams ¨ Partner cross-functionally with revenue cycle, operations, and payer relations teams ¨ Communicate with carriers and network administrators to obtain and validate fee schedules ¨ Analyze trends in denials, underpayments, and payer inconsistencies and recommend improvements ¨ Support and educate field teams on plan setup and billing best practices ¨ Stay current on reimbursement models, leased networks, and compliance requirements Systems Experience: Denticon, Cloud 9, and other dental OMS/PMS platforms supporting multi-location and enterprise dental operations, including plan configuration, fee schedule management, and payer setup. Qualifications What We’re Looking For ¨ 7+ years of experience in dental billing, payer operations, or fee schedule administration ¨ Strong knowledge of leased networks, PPO contracts, plan types, and UCR methodologies ¨ Experience working in a DSO or multi-practice dental organization preferred ¨ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) ¨ Hands-on experience with DentalXChange, Denticon and Cloud 9 required ¨ Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized ¨ Strong communicator able to translate complex payer data into clear action

• Asses the current state of document control systems and workflows across a complex project • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for document control modernization • Propose options on how existing information systems can be streamlined, connected, enhanced, and replaced to provide a more effective unified system • Create training, process and procedure documentation for the enterprise document systems • Manage the integration of PMIS platforms and ensure seamless data flow between systems • Oversee the configuration, maintenance and user support for document management tools • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standards • Train and support staff on document control procedures and system usage • Monitor system performance and generate reports for leadership

• Collaborates and partners with management, project managers, and Information Technology Services (ITS) Division staff to develop, implement, and manage an assigned reporting/analytics portfolio

• Own detection performance outcomes for 3-5 strategic customer accounts, ensuring the AI engine maintains high efficacy aligned to each customer’s risk tolerance and priorities. • Become a reliable resource for customer detection issues, handling high-priority false positive and false negative escalations, often using investigation outputs from Email Security Analysts and other Threat Intel inputs. • Monitor and analyze misclassification patterns using internal detection analysis dashboards and tools. • Perform incident triage and alert correlation to systematically diagnose why detections produce false positives or miss threats, using IOCs and TTPs. • Design and implement detection tuning strategies based on customer-specific signals, attack patterns, threat intelligence, and behavioral characteristics, following established methodologies. • Fine-tune detection thresholds and configurations to optimize precision while maintaining coverage against emerging threats, balancing detection efficacy with customer experience. • Generate and present impact reports that demonstrate measurable improvement in detection improvement to both customers, and internal stakeholders, in close partnership with GTM teams. • Maintain close alignment with Sales and Customer Success leads to understand customer pain points, renewal risks, and what matters most for securing deals, without taking on primary account management responsibilities. • Document detection issues, investigation findings, and tuning approaches in a structured, reusable format to enable team learning and program improvement. • Review audit logs and analyze system interactions using internal and external tools, including AI-based analytical tools, to identify root causes, and tuning opportunities. • Identify cross-customer patterns and contribute tuning methodologies to the operational playbook that can be leveraged across the program. • Submit D360 CFN reports and AISM submissions to improve global detection coverage based on customer findings. • Provide feedback to tooling team on analysis gaps, needed capabilities, and opportunities for automation, helping shape the roadmap for detection analysis and tuning tools. • Support training of other team members by sharing investigation insights and developing repeatable methodologies, including leveraging outputs from Email Security Analysts to scale tuning impact.
