Lead Data Analyst Lead Data Analyst for St. Louis, MO to collaborate with business & analytics stakeholders to support execution of global commercial strategies; lead development & deliver reporting solutions; explore & validate data to derive actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders; lead development of data analytic systems, processes & reporting solutions for business and operations teams; manage, define & track products across business value streams; develop technical roadmap for data engineering projects; train junior team members. Requires Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or closely related field & 3 yrs experience in agricultural, and/or biotechnology industry creating data pipelines using data fusion techniques in Google BigQuery with SQLx and/or Google Cloud Dataform with JavaScript; orchestrating data workflows using Google Cloud Composer, Google Cloud Workflows, and/or Google Cloud Functions/Cloud Run; designing & implementing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub to automate, build, test and deploy data models using Conda and Poetry; conducting exploratory & statistical data analysis using data science packages in Python and/or R; deploying statistical & machine learning models and ensuring their production readiness on Domino Data Lab and/or AWS; developing dashboards & reports using agronomic data in Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, and Microsoft Power BI; and analyzing & building models using agricultural datasets, including phenotypic, genomic, and experimental designs, integrating environmental and climate data to generate key insights. Telecommuting permitted from home office location anywhere in the U.S. Up to 25% U.S. and int’l travel req’d. Salary Range: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $147,000.00 to $170,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Overview Dental Care Alliance (DCA) is seeking an experienced RCM Fees Analyst / Insurance Specialist with strong expertise in dental insurance fee schedules, leased networks, and payer plan configuration. This role is critical to maintaining billing accuracy and reimbursement integrity across 400+ dental practices nationwide. Responsibilities ¨ Build, update, and assign high-volume fee schedules in Denticon by payer, provider, plan, and location ¨ Interpret and apply payer contracts and leased networks (e.g., Zelis, Connection Dental, DenteMax) ¨ Investigate and resolve fee discrepancies, plan mismatches, and underpayments using EOBs and claims data ¨ Configure new insurance carriers and plans, ensuring accurate participation and fee alignment ¨ Manage and resolve plan and fee support tickets from dental offices and internal teams ¨ Partner cross-functionally with revenue cycle, operations, and payer relations teams ¨ Communicate with carriers and network administrators to obtain and validate fee schedules ¨ Analyze trends in denials, underpayments, and payer inconsistencies and recommend improvements ¨ Support and educate field teams on plan setup and billing best practices ¨ Stay current on reimbursement models, leased networks, and compliance requirements Systems Experience: Denticon, Cloud 9, and other dental OMS/PMS platforms supporting multi-location and enterprise dental operations, including plan configuration, fee schedule management, and payer setup. Qualifications What We’re Looking For ¨ 7+ years of experience in dental billing, payer operations, or fee schedule administration ¨ Strong knowledge of leased networks, PPO contracts, plan types, and UCR methodologies ¨ Experience working in a DSO or multi-practice dental organization preferred ¨ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) ¨ Hands-on experience with DentalXChange, Denticon and Cloud 9 required ¨ Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized ¨ Strong communicator able to translate complex payer data into clear action
