Job Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in SEO/Digital Marketing
  • 2+ years in a recent pharma experience with direct ownership of SEO execution
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI search, RAG, and entity-based SEO
  • Deep experience with Schema.org, Knowledge Graphs, and SEO tools (GSC, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Proven experience navigating MLR/PRC review processes

Role Description The Junior SEO Specialist supports the SEO Department by executing foundational SEO tasks across client websites and digital properties. This role focuses primarily on on-page SEO, internal linking, and content optimization, with exposure to off-page SEO and light technical SEO concepts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to build deep SEO expertise over time. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role (yet).
