Senior M365 Data & Compliance Consultant

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and governance assessments. • Translate business, regulatory, and security requirements into actionable governance strategies and deliverables. • Provide expert advisory services across M365 governance, compliance, and information management. • Design and implement governance frameworks across Microsoft 365, including Purview, Compliance Centre, DLP, retention, and information protection. • Develop policies, standards, and operational processes to support secure and compliant collaboration. • Advise clients on data classification, retention, lineage, and compliance alignment. • Design modern SharePoint Online information architecture, including metadata models, taxonomy, content types, and site structures. • Develop SharePoint governance frameworks to ensure consistency, usability, and compliance. • Design secure internal and external collaboration models, including guest access, sharing controls, and governance. • Support clients in optimising content lifecycle management and collaboration practices. • Ensure governance solutions align with organisational risk profiles and relevant regulatory obligations. • Work collaboratively with cyber and security teams (internal and client‑side) to embed governance controls. • Produce high‑quality documentation including governance models, IA designs, roadmaps, and recommendations. • Support clients through governance uplift programs and organisational change. • Provide subject‑matter expertise across M365, SharePoint, and data governance domains.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience delivering client‑facing M365 governance and compliance consulting engagements.
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Purview, M365 Compliance Centre, DLP, retention, and information protection.
  • Proven experience designing SharePoint Online information architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise governance policies, standards, and operational processes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory and security requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience with Power Automate, particularly workflow governance and automation standards.
  • Exposure to SharePoint or M365 migration projects, including content assessment and IA redesign.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric workspace governance.
  • Experience collaborating with cyber or security teams on governance uplift initiatives.

The Nurse will be available throughout the night to answer all phone calls from home and travel to patient's homes or facilities as needed. Work schedule: between 5PM to 8AM 2 nights /wk. Requirements: - Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License - Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance & clean driving record - CPR certified (BLS for Healthcare Provider) - Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in nursing.
