• Diriger les projets techniques: Piloter les activités techniques des projets et assurer leur bonne exécution, de la conception jusqu’à la mise en service. • Client: Agir comme principal point de contact technique entre le client et notre équipe d’exécution de projets. • Animer les réunions techniques avec le client, y compris la réunion de démarrage, les clarifications de spécifications et les revues de conception. • Gestion de projet : Participer aux revues des risques et des occasions du projet, gérer les budgets de projet en ce qui concerne les jours-personnes alloués aux tâches d’ingénierie, et fournir des mises à jour régulières sur l’avancement. • Collaborer avec le gestionnaire de projet pour la planification, l’atténuation des risques et les demandes de changement. • Conception et documentation: Analyser les spécifications du client, rédiger la documentation technique du projet, valider les solutions techniques avec les clients et assurer le respect des processus de gestion documentaire du projet. • Supervision technique: Définir les logiciels et les IED, gérer la planification de l’exécution technique et veiller au respect des normes de sécurité de GE Vernova. • Résolution de problèmes : Traiter les écarts techniques, gérer les rapports d’anomalie et soutenir les ingénieurs de site à distance ou sur place. • Essais et mise en service: Diriger les essais de réception en usine (FAT), les essais de réception sur site (SAT) et coordonner les équipes de mise en service pour les principales étapes sur site. • Formation et soutien : Offrir aux clients une formation propre au projet, soutenir les équipes de soumission et les équipes commerciales, et assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle grâce à une exécution professionnelle des projets.
Job Requirements
- Baccalauréat en génie électrique, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe d’un collège ou d’une université reconnu.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en ingénierie de conception de systèmes numériques de protection et de contrôle ou de solutions de gestion de l’énergie pour les services publics et les secteurs industriels, idéalement dans le domaine de l’automatisation des réseaux.
- Expérience pertinente en automatisation de la distribution électrique, bus de procédé, numérisation des postes, surveillance et diagnostic, gestion de la performance des actifs (APM), gestion des appareils (DvM) ou gestion de la cybersécurité.
- Maîtrise de la conception et de la programmation de systèmes de contrôle électrique, y compris SCADA/IHM, cybersécurité, équipements réseau, IEC 61850, pare-feu, etc.
- Bilingue anglais et français.
- Capacité à voyager jusqu’à 30 % du temps aux États-Unis et au Canada.
