Senior Implementation Consultant
Branch
• Serve as a customer’s go-to technical advisor, owning day-to-day project management and escalation for an assigned book of business. • Act as the subject matter expert of the relationship and be willing to understand all facets of the partnership, from both business and technical perspectives. • Manage the overall project charter, collaborating with various stakeholders from Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Success, Risk, and Support to deliver world class solutions and experiences. • Maintain highly organized and comprehensive internal and external documentation. • Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and executive management. • Participate in relevant client-facing meetings with key stakeholders, steering and influencing where necessary. • Negotiate customer requests while balancing needs with system capabilities, business impact, resources, and timelines. • Engage with technical stakeholders to solution, document, test, and deploy various integration workflows and configurations. • Partner with Account Management to continuously improve customer health, identify and execute on growth opportunities, participate in regular Executive Business Reviews, and align solution, servicing, and commercial needs as relationships evolve.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise project management, leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in designing, testing, and deploying integrated solutions, with a technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and deployment best practices.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly detailed in internal and external documentation, with a focus on maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential issues and risks.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing new processes, best practices, and supporting resources to drive repeatability and operational efficiency.
- Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role: Market Access Strategy & Expansion - Develop and execute regional market access strategies to secure reimbursement pathways and expand patient access. - Analyze health system structures, payer environments, funding mechanisms, and local reimbursement requirements to identify opportunities and barriers. - Build and manage a market access pipeline, including targeted engagements with payers, hospital leadership, procurement, and health authorities. - Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment between commercial execution and payer strategy. - Identify unmet needs, current & future access landscape and access pathways, key customers, stakeholders, and decision makers to implement access strategy and plan, which incorporates opportunities and addresses risks. Health Economics, Value & Evidence Communication - Translate clinical, economic, and real world evidence into clear, credible value propositions tailored to payers, hospital decision makers, and reimbursement bodies. - Prepare and deliver value dossiers, budget impact models, tender materials, and reimbursement submissions. - Communicate the cost effectiveness, workflow benefits, and resource reduction impact of the JADA System. Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy - Build strong relationships with payer organizations, reimbursement agencies, hospital finance leaders, and key maternal health influencers. - Support stakeholders in navigating coding, DRGs, financing schemes, and procurement processes. - Represent Laborie at health economics, reimbursement, payer, and policy focused events. Sales Implementation Engineer
CrashPlanCrashPlan® provides peace of mind through secure, scalable, straightforward endpoint data backup for any organization.
• Partner with Account Executives to support technical aspects of sales opportunities • Assist in delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution briefings • Support Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements to validate CrashPlan solutions • Gather customer requirements and help identify technical challenges and solutions • Help address customer questions and technical objections during the sales process • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align solutions with customer needs • Support partners and MSPs in understanding and positioning CrashPlan solutions • Contribute to demo environments and technical sales materials • Participate in marketing events, webinars, or trade shows as needed • Support and lead implementations of CrashPlan solutions for customers • Configure and deploy solutions in cloud-based environments • Assist with integrations including directory services, SSO, SCIM, and MFA • Work with customer IT and Security teams to ensure successful setup and configuration • Help optimize deployments to align with customer goals and use cases • Troubleshoot technical issues and support onboarding and adoption • Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Operations teams
