• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis. • Development and support of Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development. • Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os). • Provide financial guidance to Factory Overhead Managers, IPT leads, and other finance branches. • Support the monthly forecast / close process.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related business field and 5 years applicable work experience in Finance or related field; OR a related advanced degree with 3 years of applicable work experience.
- Program Controls experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.
- Hands-On experience with SAP Business Systems / BW Toolset or similar business systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e., pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

UPMC Health Plan has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Improvement Analyst position in the Quality Improvement department. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday 40/hrs per week and will be a remote position. Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone to be considered for the position! The Quality Improvement Analyst plays a meaningful role in supporting data-driven decisions that improves the experience, quality of care, health equity, and health outcomes of UPMC Health Plan members. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment with both analysts and business stakeholders across the organization, helping to shape the direction of quality improvement efforts. You will create analytic products for one or more of the Health Plans quality improvement areas and partner with business owners to help shape its direction. To successfully perform the role, the Quality Improvement Analyst must be self-driven, curious, and able to effectively engage stakeholders throughout their data-driven decision-making process. In addition, this role will partner with Quality department teams to understand day to day workflows and optimize the tools and systems that support Quality activities and execution. Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Reporting Analyst to support program management and performance tracking for a Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise IT modernization initiative. The Reporting Analyst will ensure accurate and timely program reporting through automation, visualization, and structured data analysis to enable informed decision-making across all stakeholders.
