• Work with on premise and cloud-based solutions and platforms • Assist in the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms to solve real-world logistics and transportation challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities into existing systems and workflows • Analyze and document data requirements including facilitation of sessions with business • Data analysis and profiling • Collaborate with the technical team, in any given product development cycle, on data and AI requirements • ETL source to target documentation including business matrix and functional requirements • Develop and test data ingestion and integration processes • Troubleshoot data ingestion, ETL and data issues • Design and develop machine learning models, interactive visual dashboards, and reports • Ability to write SQL queries to profile data and validate solutions delivered against data sources • SQL troubleshooting • Develop and test scripts to support ETL jobs execution • Understand that the end user is the primary reason for the technology and therefore strive for full customer satisfaction • Partner with key members of various departments to determine the definitions of essential data elements • Work with data architects to review and implement logical and physical database models • Support the mapping of source system data to target models into data warehouse and data lake • Define and capture metadata and rules associated with the calculation of metrics • Test automation • Perform other duties as assigned
