• Own end-to-end delivery of Arkalytics implementations, including project setup, data discovery, productionalization, mapping, testing, and go-live. • Partner directly with clients to guide them through implementation best practices, set clear expectations, and manage risks. • Collaborate with technical teams (analysts, engineers, system admins) to define requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers. • Facilitate client-facing meetings: project kickoffs, status updates, UAT sessions, training and issue resolution. • Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and reporting in Smartsheet and Jira, ensuring accuracy of scope, effort, and completion tracking. • Drive adoption of consistent implementation processes, templates, and tools to improve quality and efficiency. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment across the customer journey. • Identify risks and escalate issues proactively, driving resolution and maintaining strong client relationships. • Validate and, when needed, challenge technical estimates to ensure project plans remain realistic, achievable, and aligned with client expectations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in client-facing roles
- Experience working on data-related projects (data warehousing, BI, analytics, ETL/ingestion workflows) and working with technical resources
- Technical literacy with tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira (or equivalent)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones
- PMP certification strongly preferred

Role Description Empire Life is looking to hire a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager is responsible for proactively managing the initiation, planning, analysis, design, execution, implementation, and close-out of specific projects in support of business objectives. The incumbent is guided by defined goals and objectives and works under minimal supervision of their manager. The total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $95,920 - $144,970. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only; fixed-term contract and casual roles are not eligible for annual bonus and would receive only the base salary component. What you’ll be working on - Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support desired business objectives, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Define project tasks and resource requirements. - Work closely with resource managers in IT and other business units to acquire necessary project resources and assign specific tasks and responsibilities to project team members. - Provide direction, coaching, and support to project team. - Create and manage project budget; track and report project expenses on a regular basis. - Schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. - Develop project plans and other communications documents. - Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders on a regular basis. - Identify project issues and deal with those that can be resolved within the project team; for larger, more complex issues, escalate to key project stakeholders in a timely fashion. - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. - Proactively identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies to minimize risk exposure. - Appropriately apply project management methodology, processes, and standards. - Effectively manage any changes to project scope, budget, or timelines following change control guidelines. - Define project success criteria and continually manage project expectations with stakeholders and team members. - Conduct post-implementation project reviews to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. • Work collaboratively and proactively with the Program Team in support of our Client’s needs. • Perform scope of work reviews on approved construction projects. • Review subcontractor proposals and align with logistical efficiencies. • Review project financials under program manager oversight. • Track and document missing project costs. • Responsible for addressing and managing wastewater-related requests from national commercial clients. • Coordinating internal and external resources to meet client expectations and resolve wastewater issues. • Interacting with a variety of on-line databases and reporting systems. • Assist in developing change order requests for projects. • Ability to manage multiple tasks at a given time. • Review and update work completion reports. • Actively develop your own career growth. • Some weekend work may be required. • Some travel (5-10%) may be required.
