• Draft, review, and revise contracts, including but not limited to, sales agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements. • Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards. • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities. • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes while protecting the interests of the company. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as procurement, sales, and finance teams, to address contractual issues and reach mutually beneficial agreements. • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations. • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries and issues. • Collaborate with legal counsel, procurement, sales, and other departments to streamline contract processes and enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in contract management in a corporate/legal environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including responsiveness, clear and effective communication skills, and ability to form strong relationships with internal teams.
- Ability to work unsupervised to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in procurement and CLM softwares, G-Suite and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn about new laws and concepts, internal policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Written and oral English language fluency.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCM, CPCM), or experience in a scaling SaaS company, is a plus.
