Clinical Project Manager

Emerging Tech

• Provide project management support for Change Management clinical initiatives, including sandbox, learning labs, and end-to-end clinical workflow activities • Oversee and support development and review of sandbox scenarios and workflows (simple, complex, and comprehensive) • Develop and maintain CM artifacts, reports, executive-level briefings, communications, meeting agendas, and meeting notes • Support identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and issues using EHRM-IO EUEA processes • Maintain workstream standard operating procedures, schedules, shared mailboxes, and related documentation • Coordinate logistics for workstream events, including learning labs and onsite activities • Track and manage user provisioning status for sandbox and related environments • Support onboarding and training of Sandbox Analysts and other team members • Collaborate with CM teams, EUEA teams, Oracle Health, VHA, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in CM approach and execution • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with program objectives

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience managing Information Technology–related projects
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
  • Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline
  • An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
  • Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
