• Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, including scope, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to define project goals and requirements. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. • Manage communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. • Identify potential risks or roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations. • Oversee project documentation, post-project reviews, and knowledge transfer processes. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Lead projects from requirements definition through implementation and completion, ensuring all deliverables align with defined objectives, timelines, and business goals. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate internal and external resources across departments to ensure project activities remain on track and aligned with scope and priorities. • Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively adjust scope, resources, and schedules to ensure delivery within established timelines and budget constraints. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, TPAs, and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment on project milestones and expectations. • Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and driving resolution through collaboration with stakeholders. • Support new client onboarding and implementation efforts, including coordination of meetings, documentation of requirements, and management of deliverables for large-scale healthcare accounts. • Create and distribute project status reports, track key milestones, and maintain clear documentation of decisions, changes, and action items. • Develop innovative approaches to address project challenges, improve workflows, and enhance overall delivery effectiveness. • Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. • Partner across business units to support successful project delivery and contribute to broader operational and strategic initiatives.

• Own the client relationship on Swans engagements end-to-end. • Act as the primary point of contact for law firm leadership across active engagements. • Run executive meetings, manage expectations, surface risks, and ensure the client is informed. • Work closely with Legal Engineers to understand deliverables and translate them into client-facing language. • Solve challenges like stakeholder trust, change management, escalation handling, and value communication.
