Workday Functional Consultant

Evnek

• Act as the functional SME for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Configure and support Workday modules, including ongoing enhancements and change requests • Build and support Workday integrations (Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connectors) • Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration flows • Provide production support and resolve system issues efficiently • Collaborate with global stakeholders working in PST time zones

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall experience
  • 4–6+ years in Workday HCM
  • Strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (Studio, PECI preferred)
  • Good understanding of EIB and Core Connectors
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working in PST shift (6 PM – 2 AM IST)
