• Maintain and grow client portfolio • Work with Titan Risk and Reward/Corporate Consultants and wider business to understand and promote products and campaigns. To co-ordinate efforts and share ideas. • Achieve set individual and business targets through campaigns. • Present to both employers and employees, where required. • Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with both existing and prospective clients. • Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and clients. • Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition. • Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with/ to stakeholders including clients, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives. • Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business. Support with wider Titan projects as and when required.

• Develop Trainee Financial Planners to reach competent adviser status (CAS) • Competency assessment of Financial Planners that join Titan Wealth Planning via acquisitions • Monitoring of ongoing competency of CAS Planners under your supervision • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures • Assisting the operation of effective systems and controls to mitigate business risks • Maintaining a collegiate relationship with both advisers and support staff to foster a positive approach to competence across the company.
