Role Overview As a Sales Consultant at EIDLexit, you’ll serve as a trusted guide for business owners facing serious financial challenges. Through pre-scheduled inbound video appointments, you’ll meet with business owners who have already reached out for help—no cold calls, no outbound prospecting. Every conversation has purpose and impact. - Rapid Growth Environment – Join a fast-growing company offering significant opportunities to advance in sales, marketing, operations, and leadership - Consultative Approach – We value integrity and compassion in every client interaction, ensuring our process reflects both excellence and empathy Key Responsibilities - Conduct 6 inbound, pre-scheduled, pre-qualified video consultations daily via Microsoft Teams with business owners seeking guidance and relief - Lead prospects through our proven, mission-driven consultation process with empathy and professionalism - Clearly explain how our services help clients achieve financial peace and stability - Evaluate client fit and close qualified prospects with honesty, care, and confidence - Follow up thoughtfully with clients who need more information, demonstrating genuine concern and attention to detail - Maintain accurate, organized CRM records to ensure seamless handoffs and client experiences - Transition new clients smoothly to our service team, ensuring continuity and trust from first contact through engagement Skills & Qualifications Experience - Required: At least 2 years in consultative sales, with a strong desire to help others succeed - Preferred: Experience in legal services, debt resolution, financial services, or SBA programs is a plus Communication - Required: Reliable internet connection, professional video presence, and solid remote-work setup - Preferred: Excellent listening, empathy, and clear, confident communication—key to building trust with clients Personal Attributes - Self-motivated, dependable, and organized, thriving in a purpose-driven remote environment Technical Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Mission Alignment - A heartfelt commitment to integrity, compassion, and service, reflecting our mission to help business owners find freedom from financial hardship Compensation - Base Salary: $48,000 - Commission: 5%-8% performance-based structure - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000–$165,000 in the first year Benefits & Perks - 100% Remote: Serve our mission from anywhere with the flexibility to balance work and life - Growth Opportunities: Ongoing training and clear paths for advancement within our purpose-driven team - Generous PTO: Four weeks of paid time off to recharge and maintain well-being - Benefits: Health savings accounts and retirement plans (401k/IRA) intended to launch in Q4 2026

What the day will look like: The Solutions Consultant is responsible for Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions using expertise in product consulting and knowledge on how those products fit on various industry platforms for prospective clients during the sales process as well as existing clients during renewal discussions. The primary focus of the Solutions Consultant is to communicate product suite and enrollment value propositions externally to prospective clients. The Solutions Consultant is responsible for assisting with the sales process from prospect stage through the hand-off to the implementation team and signed contract. In addition, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for coordinating Voluntary Benefits Carrier and Product evaluation and selection. As a key sales stakeholder, they will also collaborate with the Lead Sales Consultants on recommendations and enhancements to help us achieve excellence in sales delivery. Role Description The Customs Broker Advisor is the licensed compliance authority responsible for designing and overseeing customs brokerage compliance within a high-growth, technology-driven e-commerce environment. This role ensures automated, scalable operations meet all CBP and PGA requirements while representing the company’s compliance position to regulators and partners. This is an in-office position based in St. George, Utah and can be remote for candidates in certain states.
