Community Engagement Specialist
Life360
• Manage daily community engagement across Life360’s social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Twitter, YouTube), including comments and DMs. • Respond to inbound comments and DMs in a timely and thoughtful manner, including creator inquiries and product questions. • Publish a high volume of outbound comments rooted in social listening and trend spotting, showing up in ways that feel true to Life360. • Kickstart Life360’s Instagram Broadcast Channel presence. • Maintain Life360’s brand voice and values in all community interactions. • Identify and reach out to Life360 members who post content that's *so Life360-coded* it needs to live in our UGC library, be reposted on our social channels, or we need to rally a crew to film an entire commercial with that member’s powerful story. • Maintain our internal UGC library in Airtable, keeping content appropriately tagged and searchable for cross-functional partners. • Own Life360's social listening function by monitoring brand mentions, conversations, and sentiment analysis. • Translate social listening data into clear, actionable insights shared in a monthly social listening report for the Social Team and wider Marketing Team. • Track performance of inbound and outbound interactions.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in community management and/or social media with proven success growing and maintaining engaged communities across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
- Strong command of brand voice and exceptional copywriting skills that maintain consistent identity while adapting strategies for different platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and jump on trending moments, placing a brand like Life360 into a conversation in a way that is authentic and intentional.
- Familiar with social and creative tools such as Sprout Social, Figma, CapCut, and Airtable (or eager to learn).
- Collaborative partner who integrates social-first thinking into broader marketing initiatives and works effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable professional who quickly adjusts to platform algorithm changes and emerging trends while driving consistent engagement.
