- Support execution of governance processes across teams and regions - Track actions, decisions and follow-ups from governance meetings - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and alignment - Assist in preparing governance summaries and internal reports - Maintain and update governance trackers, including: - Policy/SOP Master Sheet - Risk register - Issue and action logs - Ensure trackers are accurate, consistently structured and up to date - Flag missing inputs, inconsistencies or overdue actions - Support formatting and standardization of: - SOPs and policies - Templates and internal documentation - Ensure documents follow naming conventions, version control and consistent structure - Identify and flag outdated, duplicated or unclear documentation - Maintain and update the webook.com Hub (internal portal) to ensure content is accurate and up to date - Support maintenance of centralized repositories (shared drives, internal tools) - Ensure documents are properly stored, accessible and clearly owned - Assist in organizing folder structures, access and governance standards - Support management of governance calendar (policy reviews, compliance checks, internal audits) - Track deadlines and send reminders to relevant stakeholders - Follow up on pending actions and updates - Exposure to how governance operates in a high-growth, multi-country tech company - Understanding of how decisions, risks and processes are managed at scale - Hands-on experience working across Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Marketing - Development of skills in documentation, tracking, coordination and structured reporting

Job Requirements

  • Recently graduated or in the final year of a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • English written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
