The Rehancement Group
The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our Government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients. TRG is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our team in supporting the General Services Administration (GSA). This position is currently remote and Part Time; approximately 20-29 hours per week (hours may vary). Duties and Responsibilities: - Entry of requested GSA vendor partner container bookings from GSA system into IBSSUST system. - Entry of IBSSUST booking confirmation into GSA system. - Coordination via email with GSA and Vendor to confirm IBSSUST booking. - Creation of Transportation Control Movement Document (TCMD) via GATES - entry of confirmed container information provided by vendor partner into GATES system (final booking). - Coordination via email with GSA and Vendor to provide TCMD. - Management of Hazmat Documentation - Ad hoc support of modifications or updates to existing bookings via phone or email. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of relevant work experience is required. - Must be Public Trust clearance eligible. - Must obtain ECA certificate for access to US Military sites. - Training will be provided. - Must obtain Shipper Certification with IBS Sustainment Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) - Training will be provided. - Must obtain certification for access to GATES - Training will be provided. - Understanding of Commercial Shipping processes preferred. Job Summary The Data Governance Analyst plays a critical role in advancing enterprise data governance by partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and the data governance organization. This role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable guidance. The analyst will work cross-functionally with IT Teams to guide governance best practices, define data quality and metadata requirements, and convert business needs into technical deliverables. In addition to driving functional requirements, this role is responsible for executing technical development work—building, configuring, and deploying data governance solutions across the data catalog, metadata, and other data quality platforms. The analyst will own the end-to-end delivery of governance capabilities, ensuring product integrity, enabling scalable processes, and championing data governance across diverse teams.
