• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements. • Translate accounting and financial processes into functional and technical specifications for Microsoft solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SQL Server, etc.). • Design and build dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI and Excel to deliver real-time financial insights. • Support ERP (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or other Microsoft ERP platforms) configuration, reporting, and data integration. • Identify opportunities for process automation within accounting and finance functions using Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.). • Perform in-depth financial data analysis, reconciliations, and variance investigations to support decision-making. • Partner with IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal controls. • Provide end-user training and ongoing support for accounting and reporting systems. • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new Microsoft features and modules. • Document workflows, data dictionaries, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Systems Analyst, with strong exposure to Microsoft technologies.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, PivotTables), and SQL.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central, or GP).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills.
