• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business • Consult with clients to understand signage needs, specifications, and project requirements • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product recommendations • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure accurate and timely project execution • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system • Stay current on industry trends, materials, and product offerings

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience (sign industry or related field preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of signage products (wide format printing, vinyl, substrates, installation, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
