Software Testing Analyst

CACI International Inc

• Support testing activities for the IFMS Salesforce application • Execute manual test cases for system and integration testing of the Salesforce Lightning application (integrated with Rootstock ERP) • Execute and support testing activities for scheduled and unscheduled releases • Identify, document, and track defects using established processes • Assist in maintaining and updating test scripts in OpenText ALM • Collaborate with test team members, developers, and release manager to understand testing needs • Help monitor testing progress and report on test execution status • Assist with test data setup in lower environments

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in software testing or a related field (or relevant experience/education)
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Desired)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology (Desired)
