• Design and develop three resources that can be easily updated (online) to be disseminated and applied with GGHH members. • Anticipate topics covering Vulnerability and Adaptation toolkit options for health facilities, Adaptation Planning Guidance, and Integrating Adaptation and Mitigation Action: case studies. • Attend GGHH and Climate convening in May 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand to understand the GGHH 2.0 framework. • Submit the first draft of the three guidance documents by mid-June 2026 for review.

• Support the onboarding of new advisers joining QFP through the delivery of induction and licencing training. • Deliver business submission webinars to advisers and the staff from AR firms to develop and improve the quality of case submissions to QFP • Design training interactions to improve adviser or AR firm knowledge or skills • Develop case studies and adviser knowledge tests • Assess the competence of advisers in role-plays and provide developmental feedback • Develop effective relationships within Quilter, AR Firms and Advisers. • Carry out and document a minimum of 35 hours relevant CPD per year.

• Conducting remote SAT Quant coaching sessions for individual students via video conferencing platforms • Providing detailed feedback and progress reports to students and their parents/guardians. • Keeping up-to-date with SAT exam changes and trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective. • Maintaining communication with students and parents/guardians to address concerns and provide support as needed.

Job Description: Technical Analyst will be part of a Professional Services project team that implements some of FIS Securities Finance products (Loanet, Smart Loan, SMART Seg, S3). The project team will consist of a Project Manager, a Business Analyst, and a Technical Analyst. The Technical Analyst will be in charge of working on the technical aspects of the implementation. Tasks assigned to the Technical Analyst include: - Gathering technical requirements of the implementation from client - Documenting technical requirements - Assisting the FIS Network team to set up connectivity between the client and FIS servers - Working with the FIS Infrastructure team to procure and set up servers for application installation - Configuring the application and database according to business requirements - Setting up interfaces for MQ and file delivery - Detailing go-live runbooks to for production turnovers - Batch monitoring - Responding to abends in batch processing - Performing production turnovers - Supporting production turnovers on evenings and weekends Required - Highly experienced in SQL - Linux experience - Exposure to shell scripting languages (korn/bash/etc.) - Experience with HPE Nonstop TACL or other Mainframe Interfaces - Competency in general networking (Linux/Windows) - Exposure to general MQ administration (fundamental components of MQ connection/server/channels) - Competency in managing SFTP setup/administration - Experience with Terminal Emulator Software (Crystal Point OutsideView or similar) - Experience creating go-live runtime runbooks detailing steps/process - Experience using JIRA and ServiceNow - Night/Weekend work is expected, 12-15 engagements per year - Experience with UC4 Job Scheduling Tool - Experience with COBOL Nice to have: - Experience with UC4 Job Scheduling Tool - Experience with COBOL Plusses: - Understanding of securities finance/stock loan At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
